About the Program:
The rise in telemedicine, continued surge of COVID, and increasing preference of patients to consume supplementary knowledge about their conditions with engaging modalities such as video are creating challenges and opportunities for breast surgeons. To address these current challenges and opportunities, breast surgeons need to adapt how they present information and communicate with virtual patients. Breast surgeons can adapt and excel by knowing how to present and create compelling, educational videos. This invitation-only video training will equip breast surgeons with the knowledge they need to create these videos, including using best practices, step-by-step instructions, illustrative examples, and personalized feedback. The training includes how to create a variety of videos that breast surgeons need, including a selfie video, teleprompter video, and “show and tell” formats.
